A simple but extremely tasty sweet. For those not particularly fond of Nutella®, they can replace the famous chocolate cream with a jam.

Ingredients

100 g yolks
100 g flour
10 g starch
150 g egg whites
125 g sugar
Nutella® or jam

Preparation

1) Beat the egg whites with sugar until they stiff

2) Add the egg yolks with a turning movement from bottom to up being careful not to dissolve the egg whites

3) Sift flour and starch and add to the mix

4) Always mix with a movement from bottom to top

5) Place a sheet of baking paper on the baking tin and spread a thin layer of butter

6) Spread the batter into the pan with the help of a spatula

7) Place in the oven at 210° for 7 minutes

8) Remove from the oven and roll up quickly on a new sheet of baking paper

9) Let cool

10) Roll up and stuff with Nutella® or jam
